The purpose of the comments is to allow fans and others to express their views on the news of the day concerning Uruguayan football and the national team.
We ask all readers to respect other reader's opinions and views, even though they may violently disagree with them.
We have removed the editing capability for comments, because not only it was one of the things slowing the site down, but it was also causing confusion and misunderstanding all arround. Basically, from now on any comments that contain any foul language at all will not make it to the blog.
Let's also respect fans from other nations, and remember they are only supporting their teams as much as we support Uruguay, so there's nothing wrong with that. In short, let's be civil to all our readers.
In general, we'd ask you to be civil towards other members and refrain from obscene remarks, and any comments on religion, ethnic groups or politics.
The key to all of this is to be respectful in expressing your opinion.
We want this site to be read worldwide by everybody, which is one big reason we will not tolerate bad language.
Please let's make this work - and let's help our football, which we all love, be back into its winning ways.
That's all we ask, and why we created this site.
